Get involved! Do your bit during National Recycling Week

With the 14th annual Planet Ark National Recycling Week kicking off next week Peet is encouraging residents at all its estates to get involved!

The Planet Ark event, which runs from Monday 9 November to Sunday 15 November, brings a national focus to recycling and waste management.  So take up the challenge, look at your daily habits and make the changes to reduce, reuse and recycle at home, at work and in the community.

To find out more about National Recycling Week visit http://recyclingweek.planetark.org/.

Did you know?  Plastic bags can be recycled, just not in your home recycling bin. Instead, you can drop them off at specially-marked recycling bins at the front of most supermarkets. For information on what can and can't be recycled in your area visit www.recyclingnearyou.com.au.
